Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure your dog registration is completed successfully. This form initiates the process of registering your dog with the City of Buhl. After submitting the form, you must visit Buhl City Hall at 203 Broadway Ave. N. to pay the required registration fee(s). Once payment is made, bring your receipt to the Buhl Police Department to obtain your Dog License Certificate and tags. Additionally, if you did not upload proof of rabies vaccination with the form, you will need to provide a physical copy when visiting the Police Department. Please note that your dog’s registration will only be valid once all steps, including fee payment and document submission, are completed.
